It's nice to meet you.
This was a speculative project I took on for myself. I have used the online Lovecraft archive before but found it hard to navigate, so this redesign aims to refocus the site's purpose as a reference directory.
The colors come primarily from Lovecraft’s text; he described a race of bright pink beings from Pluto. I think a colorful approach is truer to his work than any "creepy" dark scheme would be, and the legibility is enhanced.
